We accept credit cards and PayPal. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Production and Shipping

All products are made to order. Production time is up to 14 business days, after which the item will be shipped via tracked courier. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and external factors beyond our control.

Peanutshell is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance procedures.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
